Palm Coast Food Truck Tuesdays - October 2018


Support the important work of the Family Life Center, have Halloween-themed fun and enjoy gourmet food at a dozen food trucks at the next Food Truck Tuesday on Tuesday, Oct. 16, from 5-8 p.m.



Food Truck Tuesday will be held along Park Street next to Central Park in Town Center. The address of Central Park is 975 Central Ave., Palm Coast.

Free entertainment will include live music from the Family Life Center MashUP: including Nate McLaughlin musical renderings, Joe Martinez 1Man Jam Band, and more. Activities will include face-painting for kids, pumpkin decorating, Wrap the Mummy game, Eyeball Hunt, Pumpkin Freeze Dance, and more. A table of information on healthy relationships and family violence will be provided.

Food Truck Tuesday, presented by Palm Coast Parks & Recreation, features a variety of food trucks – mobile kitchens, canteens and catering trucks that offer up gourmet foods including appetizers, main dishes, side dishes and desserts. Many menus are kid-friendly.

The food trucks signed up for October include: Cool Beans BBQ and Catering, Yeast Coast Baking Company, Monsta Lobsta, Ramon’s Personal Chef, The Big Cheese, London Fish and Chippy, Woodson’s Wrap Shack, Wingin’ It, Arrested Appetite, Lee’s Famous Cheesesteaks, Solazzo’s Ice Cream and Bruster’s Real Ice Cream.

Proceeds from this month’s Food Truck Tuesday will go to the Family Life Center. The mission of the Family Life Center is to provide essential support services to individuals and families to end domestic violence and sexual violence in Flagler County. Support services include shelter, food, clothing, transportation, medical services, employment coaching, education resources, legal service support, counseling, community education, conducting outreach programs that focus on prevention and education related to domestic violence and sexual violence at no cost to victims, and partnering with other social service and law enforcement agencies to coordinate support services and programs.
