Palm Coast Food Truck Tuesdays - July 2014

The City of Palm Coast has rescheduled Food Truck Tuesdays – which was cancelled earlier this week due to rainy weather – for Tuesday, July 29, 5-8 p.m. at Central Park in Town Center, 975 Central Ave., Palm Coast.

Palm Coast Parks & Recreation is planning a fun evening of entertainment including Wheels in Motion Car Show, DJ Vern, Mega Force Obstacle Course Bounce House, Bruce Bryant Magical Balloon Artist, and games and activities by Flagler Sheriff’s PAL. All activities are free, except there is a nominal fee for balloon art.

The Food Truck event will feature about a dozen food trucks – mobile kitchens, canteens and catering trucks that offer up gourmet foods including appetizers, main dishes, side dishes and desserts. Many menus are kid-friendly.
The food trucks signed up for July include: Frankie’s Pizza, Corl Concessions, Galactic Freeze, Caketeer, It's All Greek to Me, Mobsta Lobsta, Kona Dog, El Cactus Azul, Chi Phi, and Life's a Beach Surf and Turf Café. For the latest list of food trucks coming, visit www.palmcoastgov.com/foodtruck.
Proceeds from the July Food Truck Tuesday will go toward Parks & Recreation camp scholarships.
This year, Food Truck Tuesdays is being held every other month. Dates for the rest of 2014 are: Sept. 16 and Nov. 18.
Please remember that Bulldog Drive is currently closed to through traffic for road improvements, so please access Central Park from Central Avenue off Belle Terre Parkway or from Central Avenue off Town Center Boulevard (off State Road 100).

Food Truck Tuesdays is presented by the City of Palm Coast Parks & Recreation Department. For more information, call 386-986-2323 or visit www.palmcoastgov.com.
