FREE Tennis in honor of Palm Coast Tennis Center Community Day



Tennis has been called the sport for a lifetime – serving up a great way to remain active, practice mental alertness, and get cardio exercise from childhood through the senior years. And now’s your chance to try out the sport at no cost!

 The Palm Coast Tennis Center is holding Community Day, with free lessons for adults and children and a time of open tennis (also at no charge), from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 13. The Tennis Center is located at 1290 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast.

 Community Day is in celebration of Park and Recreation Month and will provide residents and visitors with the opportunity to see the City’s top-notch Tennis Center, find out about the programs and classes offered at the center, and meet the instructors and staff. Refreshments will be served, and some racquets and balls will be available for use during the event.

 Attendees who would like to take a lesson are asked to RSVP by noon Friday, July 12, by calling 386-986-2550. 

Community Day’s schedule will be:
 9:30-10 a.m. – Quickstart Tennis (ages 5-8)
9:30-10:15 a.m. – Cardio Tennis for Adults & Kids
10:30-11:15 a.m. – Junior Clinic (ages 9-13)
10:30-11:15 a.m. – Adult Clinic
11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – Open Tennis

 The Palm Coast Tennis Center is also offering half-price court times after 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and all day Friday for the entire month of July in honor of Park and Recreation Month.
